why do the thackerays then feel the need to act like they are in a sinking ship,like the state is ruled by north indian kings.
a wise leader will know what needs to be done,a leader who does not know the way will resort to threats,bal thackeray at this age still does not have it in him to counsel wisdom,he is still the guy who gains pleasure and adulation from targeting people who are not used to being targeted.
after all these years in politics,can he reveal some real achievement that he has to his credit.
a siva sena person was talking on tv yesterday quoting some document from the sixties where it was said that locals should have predominance in jobs.
does anyone have a contrary opinion.if they need to go to some obscure document from fifty years back to affirm something that is common sense,then they are failures as politicians.
and the thackerays always fall back to raising the issue of the south,try enforcing hindi there,etc.
the south is taking care of their languages,not by attacking northerners.such behaviour is spotted in untrained and unskilled school or college kids.not by established politicians hailing from the soil.

Rahul gandhi has taken the argument to its logical end by asking about the silence of the thackerays during 26/11 and after.
will the thackerays now also tell that they do not want any policeman or armyman stationed in their territory who hails from outside.
it is the thackerays who have insulted the armed forces of the nation by going out and hitting people of other areas living in maharashtra.
udhav thackeray is speaking the language of the sangh parivar,the failed language,of acting cool and smartand too clever,by telling that the maharashtra police have been insulted.
the guy needs to know that going out and acting tough reveals the lack of inteligence,and nothing else.

this member of parliament is the owner of the country that is called India.
just like a house owner lays down conditions like certain foods cannot be cooked in the house and the walls should not be damaged with nails and other such conditions,the owner of the country called India,chandrakant khaire,member of parliament of the shiv sena from aurangabad,today enforced his rights and demanded that if anybody wanted to stay in his country,then,they had to sing the song called vande mataram.this move of the country owner is in keeping with the party on whose ticket he made it into parliament.

the bad losers

the losers are out with vengeance.they are not able to think of a response which gives them a validity for being active.they have not found it possible to give an explanation which gives them a honourable position,which they have anyhow.the honourable position of being flagbearers of democracy and contributors and contenders who articulate views and positions is not giving them satisfaction.they are finding it to be hopeless to convince their cadres that they have a honourable role in the democracy of india.
the aiadmk is a disreputed opposition,which cannot think of any other way other than pretending to be the divine force which has been laid low by a quirk of fate.
the shiv sena thinks that it will act and write without any standards,no larger attempts to live and lead,to provide leadership to society.the defeat has forced them to turn desperate.if they had played honest roles,they would nt be following such methods.the communist parties,though they lose mostly,are honest and do not allow themselves to lose control.if bal thackeray wants to behave in a certain way and then expects everyone else to watch with benefaction,what it means is that he has lost vision of a calibre that is needed for public life.
if he acts honourably and has the intellectual firepower,how and why will any media drag him into slander campaigns.he is setting himself right in the centre of public opinion and allowing himself to be dragged into media publicity.
the mulayams and the advanis continue to rush to the well of parliament as they might be knowing that that is all that they are capable.
they do not know how to rise to challenges.
the common man watching will understand and learn that this is how one should behave when one loses in any activity,flout the rules and make a mockery of them and create a commotion.

they obviously do not have the calibre to take their cause forward by convincing people.so,they have decided that they will beat people into submission.marathi seems to be a lost cause if it has such defenders.threatening someone who is known to be belligerent and then using his predictable reaction to go in and act sanctimoniously is such a defense of the cause of marathi that makes everyone wonder about intelligence and confidence.if a threat is issued by a known troublemaker that some one should not act within the law just because the issuer of the threat has some issues with it,the targeted person is well within his rights to enforce his rights under the law.
the marathi people should understand that their image is getting damaged irreparably.no people are remembered for rowdy behaviour.people are remembered for their high values and morals.anybody in the world can get worked up over a supposed slight and act out a supposedly justified temper.it is not the high of civilisation but the bare average.the bar has been lowered for the marathi people by the illustrious thackeray.

the poor fellows did not understand that getting into the assembly means a chance to present ones viewpoint and a chance to achieve ones goals.
urchins in school will realise the responsibilities of power better.
in a ground,when no one is overseeing,the behaviour of urchins will be different but when in the presence of elders,the same urchins will know the difference and act reverentially even though they feel different.
having an issue and having the voice to pursue it and achieve the desired result will give satisfaction to a politician,if the politician has an idea about the meaning of elected assemblies and all the avenues open in them.
the older thackeray has joined advani in the group of people whom electoral politics has put in their places for irresponsible and insidious behaviour over the years.
this thackeray will atleast now realise that he is making a joke of responsible human beings and their societal interactions.
even urchins will realise that throwing tantrums gives only petty pleasures.
