Gods, Natural Justice and Divine Dispensation

kowsik talks about good and evil.

http://in.news.yahoo.com/mauritius-apex-court-agrees-help-cbi-2g-scam-171840043.html

he tells,"All the people thank the Gods and Judiciary for this turn of events in TN."

we can ignore kowsik as just one misguided person, but the level of ignorance and imagination that festers in him can be seen in a more expanded and erudite version in this site, where there are all sorts of brahmins from all sorts of ages, some of them with nice Tamil names.

http://www.tamilhindu.com/#null

These characters peddle the religion called hinduism, where everything is ancient and everything is wise, everything is goodly, godly, so divine and so melting and elevating. for these people, those who reject their thinking are evil. and when those that reject their thinking lose elections, it is seen as triumph of good. all the more better that a brahmin lady has led the triumph. all the peddling has now moved to the internet, which is the achievement of the western world, that subscribes to a different thinking of god and gods.

for these tamil hindu types, the longer that they labour under the belief that the peddling of their religion is a fight for the good over the evil, the more they are making way for their own alienation. there is a nature, a golden ratio, out there, that will countenance anything, even a brahmin as the chief minister of TamilNadu, but will not countenance lies and false propaganda.

dinamalar

the newspapers of the world are sometimes allied to certain ideologies and these are commonly identified with the political parties that espouse such ideologies.

in TamilNadu, we have a newspaper called dinamalar, which means daily flower, that has been portraying a kind of negativist, pessimist, generalist attitude at the time of elections. This is done under the guise of a commentary.

In TamilNadu, the DMK  government has demonstrated the art of handling a recession in the world, by taking up a massive social welfare initiative, that covers healthcare, housing, provision of basic necessary household gadgets, and various other cash benefits for pregnant women, senior citizens, aged unmarried women, people needing support for marriages, and various others.

This is a report of the struggle to hold marriages in another part of India, that does not have any such scheme.

http://www.hindu.com/2006/05/22/stories/2006052202251100.htm

The impact of these moves created economic buoyancy and confidence among the people, with ample liquidity that comes back into the economy when people spend.

the most basic staple food is given to people at one rupee per kilogram, and there is a central government programme that employs people in value-creation and value-addition infrastructure projects.

such a wide-ranging initiative can be conceived and executed by an administrator with vast experience, and TamilNadu has an unparalled statesman, administrator, writer, poet politician Kalaignar Karunanidhi.

While all the distinguished economists debate, this is action that stems from the grassroot. This is not theory. This is wise action, like nowhere else in the world.

The State government is also running retail liquor vending in the state, with shops open for twelve hours from 10 am to 10 pm.

How does this farcical newspaper react to this situation now, when election campaign is ongoing.

About ten days back, it showed a picture of some people sleeping on the street, with an accompanying caption, about them not receiving the housing, ration, healthcare benefits.

Today, it has presented a derelict person who seems to be an alcoholic, and has presented a picture which seeks to portray the government as the seller of alcohol.

While the newspaper is not expected to be a propaganda tool of the government when elections are due, this kind of presenting a negative picture, will be a great subject for any social scientist to study.  Why does this newspaper seek to give a helping hand to the opposition candidate, whose ranks have witnessed severe desertion, and who has proved to be a fascist in past terms. Allied with this opposition candidate jayalalithaa, who is a past actress, is a past actor, who has gone about campaigning, in a cinematic style, with punch dialogues, and with the dramatic actions of his screen alter-ego.

While this newspaper did not cover the dramatic acts of this ex-actor during the campaign, it has sought to shield this actor from criticism of his actions, in today's paper. It has labeled the criticism as personal targeting.

A broad-based democratic movement that seeks to take the people to a rationalist and an economically confident society is sought to be denigrated by a newspaper.

Allied with the DMK  is a broad coalition of every sphere of society, and the only party that is capable of governing the sub-continent that India is, the Indian National Congress.

This newspaper has been supporting the alliance of the undistinguised ex-actress and ex-actor in the last year. Anybody who takes up this project of analysing the acts of Dinamalar and Dinamani will arrive at this conclusion, after studying the diabolic behaviour.

In the annals of life on Earth, such an undemocratic and insensible and motivated campaign by a newspaper has to be taken to the rest of the world. A project on the behavior of dinamalar and another newspaper dinamani during the recent past will reveal how non-violent and enlightened social revolutions are destabilised by vested interests pretending to be supplying news. This kind of fanaticism has a parallel in the ku klux klan. To the absolute disbelief of the rest of the world, they will discover that this is a campaign of a newspaper that is headed by a minority sect, and which seeks to retrieve the elevation that this minority enjoyed for a long time. Such a behaviour will make people everywhere realise the depth of disgusting behavior that irrationalism and an organised religion can stoop to.

what is life

in life, the basic thing is taking it as it comes. go out into the world and do your work, when you encounter any problem, you handle it as you see fit.

you keep improving, aspiring, and strengthening. when someone attacks you, you fight, or you allow the person to also settle down. when you fight, you sometimes win, sometimes you lose.

you strive to broaden your understanding and your methods. you strive to reach unreached areas. people move around, settle down somewhere. then, some others move out. either you settle down in some uninhabited area, or settle down among people.

people always settle down in some area where there is advancement. or, where they have some advancement to offer.

indians go to the united states to settle down. the british came and settled here.

when the movement is due to a possession of an advancement, which is seen giving an upper hand, the settling down is without friction. slowly, the natives also rise to the awareness level of the outsider and then start asking their rights back. the outsider at this point returns, as in the case of the british.

when the movement is due to a need for better prospects, there is either economic migration where the newcomer begins at the bottom of the pyramid, or there is military migration where the newcomer has a chance to gain the position at the top of the pyramid. in both these cases, the newcomer is here to stay, and makes the necessary adaptations. the economic migrant keeps his own culture to himself, whereas the military migrant flaunts it and tries to astound the natives. in both the cases, if there is something interesting and fresh, the natives accept strands of these into their own systems and cultures.

the problem arises when someone wants to evict en masse any group that is considered to be an outsider. this person wanting to evict others might himself have been an outsider at some other point in time.

let us consider the case of the brahmins. they are in all probability economic migrants into the south of our country, and are probably related to the aryan military migration much earlier into the sub-continent itself.

being economic migrants to the south, they did not keep their cultures to themselves, but slowly began to spread it around, by first, popularising it among the elite. there came a point, where they moved to the top of the pyramid, not by toiling among the natives, but by enrolling the elite into their culture.

in maharashtra, gujarat, madhya pradesh, and in Karnataka also, the brahmins have an organisation called the RSS  which tells the people that their culture is the best, is the divine, is the wisest, is the best to gain riches, is the best to gain peace of mind.

in this attempt, they work in dual directions. first, they have to arouse hatred against the latest newcomer, the muslim, as they see him as competition. second, they have to get the oldest people to believe that the culture of the brahmins was there in their lives all along.

but, the older and the oldest people can simply make out that the brahmin is lying. now, the brahmin is trying this game in TamilNadu. he is playing the dual direction game here too. the greatest achievement of the brahmin in TamilNadu, something that would have astounded mother nature itself, is that he makes out those among the old people who state the obvious fact of them not sharing the brahmin culture,  as evil. the brahmin has slowly started believing his own story, and has begun to call those who speak the truth as evil. the truth-speakers are labeled as evil. all this while being an economic migrant in the land. if we let this go on, in a spirit of let the poor fellow have his wish, we are allowing ourselves into the state of falsehood. we are allowing all our prior achievements of thought and work to be ground into the quicksand of fanaticism and foolishness. we are allowing ourselves to be turned into uni-dimensional numbskulls, who will only worship what the brahmin has crafted, only believe what the brahmin has spun, only do what the brahmin allows us to do. in this scenario, it is really easy to realise that if at all there is something evil, then it can only be the brahmin. but, we witness the brahmins, atleast a predominant majority of them, going around telling the opposite day in and day out. when will we ask the brahmin to just keep quiet and continue working, just like the rest do.

lk advani,narendra modi and jayalalitha

what is the common link between these characters that makes them behave with the least idea about what dignity is.What is it that makes these characters behave in a totally alien manner to the simplicity of the people of our country.our people never believe in acting big and important, especially acting arrogantly.

these three chahracters seem to think that the trash that is at the heart of the so called hinduism allows them to retain a position of dominance.

these three characters have led the people into watching their behaviour, and our people,as always, give everyone of such characteristics enough rope before they inevitably choke themselves.

In gujarat, the people are addicted to the show of the evil, that which has corrupted all that the centuries of dignified existence had created.all the dignity is slowly being eroded in an addiction to the feeling of assertion.if assertion is honest,it will be enriching. if the assertion is led by a one-man show that springs from the writings of a brahminist group. the people will learn that there is no getting away easily from such addictions.

all those who are followers of such characters that lack the basic dignity and decorum needed for public life, will realise at the end that their lives were wasted.there is no alternative to honesty and patience in life. the shortcut will ultimately lead to nowhere.

narendra modi

the obc youth who got into the organisation that peddles brahmanism.
the organisation that has to spread lies so that it retains some followers.
the organisation that knows that without creating some enemy, the organisation and brahmanism itself will be found out and pushed to a corner.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rashtriya_Swayamsevak_Sangh

hence, this organisation fools the people into believing that there was some kind of unnatural interruption when the islamic invasions happened.the lies fed to the people trying to get them to think that what existed earlier was some ashram and some gurujis where everyone was in excellent spiritual bliss, the grand age of the scientist/sage who had everything figured out and who had the people eating out of their hands.

and this obc youth, narendra modi slowly got poisoned and when faced with the responsibility of the position that fate had bequeathed him,the poison inside him gave him only one way.
all the lies and all the frauds that he had imbibed since childhood led him into acting just like he acted.
he committed the biggest sin of breach of trust and allowed people to get killed.

today,he is probably realising the depth of the falsehoods that turned him into the ruler who let his people down.
if someone has been fed falsehood to the extent that any member of the rss will have,it is a destruction of a life,a wrecking of the promise and a conversion of a energetic human into a pathetic state where all he can possess is hatred.normality is lost and he is turned into a condition where he just cannot think.it is a state of total takeover of the mind.
what will happen to such youth when they realise that it is all a sick lie.that one class has used them as stepping stones to stay in the public view.
it is the worst crime that can be committed and continues to be committed daily.
normal indian youth who are the descendants of the land that knew how to accept the new and also retain the old,the descendants of the pragmatic and peaceful occupiers of the subcontinent.these descendants are being poisoned day in and day out that they have to avenge some thing.the falsehood that poisons the core is that the invader was able to totally and without any reason or system was able to destroy everything.
there was one such invader and he left destruction wherever he went,he reached the gates of europe.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timur
the state of the world was one of invasions and monarchs and killing and armies.
but, some monarch from some kilometres away is labeled as outsider while others within some band of kilometres are labeled insiders.
the insiders can kill and fight and pillage.
the outsider cannot do the same.
and what are they doing, both the insider and the outsider, they want to rule the most number of subjects.

narendra modi will now be realising that his life was taken for a ride.he can still redeem himself by writing about the falsehoods that made him the modern tyrant who allowed his subjects to be condemned to mob violence.
if he goes looking back into history,he will not find more than a couple of medieval or pre-medieval tyrants who betrayed their own people.

the mongols were the only ones who killed without reason.they emerged out of the mountains and did not know any other way to react when they saw the cities and the advances.they just could not get it,it was beyond their comprehension.
but at no other time in history other than hitler's germany were people fated to be ruled by a tyrant who approved that they be punished.

the obc youth now is 60 years old and wants to rule.the obc youth has begun to like the job of the chief minister.
but,the poison that he has imbibed in the past got him to lose all the facets of his people at that time in history when he was governing the entire territory.

advani and hafiz saeed

lk advani, every indian knows is behind the babri masjid demolition.yet,he roams free;even, the leader of the opposition in the indian parliament.
murli manohar joshi;same case.
ashok singhal;similar.
65 others,free.

hafiz saeed, every pakistani might know,im not sure,is behind 26/11.yet,he roams free.

what is the difference between these two.
while advani did things that resulted in the deaths of hundreds of people, hafiz saeed did something which directly resulted in 180 people getting killed.

if advani shields behind the legal technicalities which require evidence which is not available, why cannot hafiz saeed do the same.

advani committed his diabolical acts in his own country whereas hafiz saeed committed acts in another country.
it is obvious that there is a linkage between the two acts.
so,what is all the fuss about arresting hafiz saeed when we cannot act against advani, who uses religious sentiments and creates bloodshed.
if advani can do it and walk free, why is the same not possible for hafiz saeed.
what is all the hectoring about?
if advani, whom we all know, incited hatred and still continues to occupy the prime posts of parliament, why cannot the objects of his hatred also reciprocate.
are we all stupid fools that this advani and his supporters can expect us to believe that they will rouse passions in mobs and then expect the mobs to walk back home, like going back from a movie.
why are all of us getting fooled by such people?
are we imbeciles who have no idea about how humans behave?
why then do we expect different standards for hafiz saeed.

terror sleeper cells in the south

who started the provocation originally in tamilnadu can be a subject which will never yield any outcome.
if there is a speaker who offends people of another religion, his speeches can be monitored and if the offence continues,a complaint with evidence can be submitted to the police.
the late eighties and the nineties witnessed violence and murders which damaged the situation with long term consequences.
it is a matter with a simple solution.
the same type of situation, but many times worse prevails in kerala.
a meeting between the concerned organisations and a thrashing out of all grievances must be initiated by the congress and the left, acting together to prevent the violence.

these are excluding the incidents in assam,j and k,and those by the naxalites.

one trend that might be made out is that the incidents are more in the second half of the year and more in the year when elections could have been due but there were none in 2004 an election year.

are we going to get a breather or is there going to be a stepping up.

if one looks at the incidents in 2003 and before, these trends might be confirmed.

In 2008,there have been blasts in panvel, navi mumbai, thane, malegaon and modasa which have been attributed to hindu fundamentalism.

in the election year of 2004,there were a spate of attacks in kashmir.

in the election year of 08-09,there have been a spate of attacks in the major cities but none in kashmir, there have been no major attacks in j and k since 2004.

in 1999,there was one major incident,ic 814 hijack,

in 2000,there was one major incident-red fort,

in 2001 there was one major incident-parliament,

in 2002,there was one major incident-akshardham,

in 2006-there was one major incident-mumbai,

two major attacks in 2007-samjhauta,hyderabad.

three major attacks in 2008-jaipur,ahmedabad,mumbai.

the final conclusion might be that from 1999-2003,the target was to attack places of symbolism-plane hijacking, red fort, assembly, temple, parliament, zaveri bazar, gateway of India.

from 2004-2008,it is all about creating terror and getting higher casualties.

Intentions of the terrorists

the terrorists attacked mumbai on the eve of the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh.the chances of these terrorist organisations being aware of these elections and their status as a semi final might be remote but they cannot be completely excluded in any analysis.
The terrorists might have felt that in the absence of the bjp from the political scene that they would lose their recruitment or existential legitimacy.
The other options could be that the terrorists want the bjp in power as they feel that the bjp is not even nearly equipped to handle issues of nationhood with maturity and wise leadership.
They might have felt that the bjp could be easily provoked into hasty acts as has been proved in the past,as a victim of the rhetoric that is the be all and end all of the bjps leadership.
The conclusion must be that the terrorists have identified the Congress as the organisation that is at the heart of India,as it exists,in the past and the future.
That is the simplest conclusion that anyone can arrive at,it does not require strategic analysts to state that.
it is obvious and that it needs to be stated reflects the present situation where the bjp has infiltrated the political sphere.
The bjps first major initiatives after reaching the portals of government was one to rewrite the constitution.
since it has developed the capability to misinform and rally the people towards itself,it has found itself in the government.
it could be said to be to the better prospects of pakistan that islamic fundamentalists have been sidelined in the democratic process.
it was the military dictatorship of zia ul haq,who is the lkadvani of pakistan, that infiltrated the ruling establishment in pakistan.
Benazir Bhutto s sacrifice lies at the heart of the possibilities of a turnaround in Pakistan.
Ghulam nabi azad stepped into the limelight from the backrooms and steered kashmir into normalcy, our uncorrupted armed institutions were the pillars around which the turnaround in kashmir was achieved.
the infiltration of the armed institutions by the fundamentalists in pakistan are at the heart of this final salvo by the terrorists.
Our own infiltrations and corruptions of the armed institutions was stopped at the earliest possible moment by the intelligence establishment and the ATS of Maharashtra.

Is the Indian civil war over

The American Civil War took place 84 years after the American constitution was adopted.
The Indian civil war was begun when lkadvani took out his rath yatra and kindled the historical faultlines.
This act reopened all the wars of the past which were open for misinterpretation by misguided and motivated groups and organisations.
The Indian Civil War phase 1 ended with the babri masjid demolition, having begun when a Congress government was absent at the centre, the next four years of a Congress government and the following three years of a Non Congress government witnessed a lull in the fractiousness.
With the ascendancy again of the fanatical forces in a situation of a leadership question in the Congress in 1998,phase 2 of the Indian Civil War began.
This lasted for close to six years when the fanatical forces were dealt an unexpected and a tumultuous reverse by the people.
The fanatical forces could never reconcile with this shock defeat and resorted to covert activities from that moment on.
The present terrorist attacks in Mumbai have brought the question of the Civil War into the consciousness of the people.
The people having witnessed the present attacks will have recalled all the events of the Civil War and the actions of the fanatical forces.
The fanatical forces will either shed their fanaticism and merge into the Congress party failing which phase 3 of the Indian Civil might be upon us.
The American civil war with full scale fighting lasted three years whereas ours has been marked by mob attacks on helpless people and retaliations by bombs placed in public places.
