this is what the next phase is all about in ceylon.
the sri lankan troops will commit more atrocities when they realise that the population is friendly,as it can only be,to the eelam independence movement.
if the donors have any sense of justice,they will demand the return of the humanitarian agencies.
if they are unable,they should not anymore designate themselves as donors.
