if that were not the case,they would not have wavered from behind the chief minister and the unparallelled leader of the tamils.
they would have not been thinking about politics and elections except acting in concert with kalaignar.
the picture is one of total disarray due to the failure of these two leaders to raise themselves to a higher level.
