If Lalu get again a chance to rule Bihar thru Nithish , then we should correct the Lincoin statement like this this “ Lalu alone can fool all Bhiaires some of the time , and some Bihaires all the time and Lalu thru Nithish can also fool all the Biharies all the time Whatelse to say ?.
