feudalism seems totally intact in pakistan which shows us the tremendous strides made by us in land reforms and in breaking the hold of the established order.
asif zardari who was totally discredited some years back is today being looked at as the next president.
he was solely responsible for tarnishing the image of benazir bhutto during her term as pm.
he looks clean and sobered down today and has no qualms in becoming the president.
musharraf corrected the downward spiral and it is a surprise that he cannot be allowed to continue in pakistan.
without the intervention of musharraf,pakistan would have possible matured as a democracy but nawaz sharif and asif zardari are equally to blame for contributing to musharrafs coup in 1999.
